Our Activity
Transforming lives through sustainable development initiatives for marginalized communities in rural India.
Grow India Initiative
TrueLeaf Foundation is dedicated to empowering farmers with access to modern farming tools and technical support. By providing equipment like power tillers, sprayers, and irrigation solutions, we help reduce manual labor, increase efficiency, and improve crop productivity. Our on-field training and expert guidance ensure that farmers can make the most of these resources for sustainable agriculture.
Women Empowerment
TrueLeaf Foundation is deeply committed to empowering rural women by nurturing their potential and fostering economic independence. Through skill development programs, self-help group formation, and support for micro-enterprises, we enable women to become confident earners and decision-makers. By turning local skills into sustainable livelihoods, we help women transform not just their own lives—but their entire communities.
TrueLeaf Foundation stands with farmers during their toughest times.
In the face of natural disasters like floods, droughts, and storms, we provide immediate relief and long-term recovery support. From distributing emergency supplies to restoring damaged crops and deploying mobile Crop Health Units, our goal is to protect livelihoods and build resilience. We ensure that no farmer is left behind when disaster strikes.

SAVE THE SOIL CAMPAIGN
Transforming the Health of the Soil
NEED ASSESSMENT SURVEY
TrueLeaf Foundation conducts Need Assessment Surveys to identify the real challenges faced by communities at the grassroots level. These surveys help in understanding local agricultural practices, input gaps, soil health issues, market access, and climate-related risks. By engaging directly with communities, the Foundation ensures that its interventions—like mobile agri clinics, eco-friendly mulching, and farmer training—are aligned with actual needs. This data-driven approach ensures targeted support, optimizes resource use, and maximizes impact. The findings also guide partnerships with corporates and institutions looking to invest in sustainable, community-centric agricultural development.
Under its “Save the Soil” mission, TrueLeaf Foundation is empowering farmers with the knowledge and tools to adopt sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) training. The training focuses on reducing the dependency on harmful chemical pesticides that degrade soil health and biodiversity. Farmers are taught how to identify pest cycles, implement natural control methods like pheromone traps, and use organic alternatives to chemical sprays. These on-field sessions include practical demonstrations and real-time problem-solving, enabling farmers to make informed decisions. TrueLeaf also supports farmers with essential IPM inputs such as sticky traps, neem-based sprays, and crop rotation calendars. By equipping farmers with this knowledge, TrueLeaf Foundation not only enhances their yield and income but also contributes to healthier soils, safer food, and a more resilient agricultural ecosystem. This initiative is a vital step toward restoring the balance between farming and nature.
