TrueLeaf Foundation began with humble efforts rooted deeply in the fields of rural India. Our journey started with small interventions among farmers who primarily cultivated paddy using excessive chemical fertilizers, which over time, led to deteriorating soil health and diminishing yields.

Understanding the urgent need for change, we initiated a horticulture-based shift, encouraging sustainable farming practices. In our first major step, we supported 100 farmers to grow watermelon organically, introducing them to the principles of natural farming and helping them reduce dependency on harmful inputs. The success of this initiative not only boosted their income but also ignited a sense of possibility.

However, as we continued our work, it became clear that farmers needed much more—technical guidance, access to inputs, market linkages, and consistent handholding support. This gap led to the formal creation of TrueLeaf Foundation—a structured effort to provide holistic development to farming communities.

Today, our vision extends far beyond agriculture. TrueLeaf Foundation is dedicated to developing resilient and self-sustaining communities, working across critical areas such as:

  • Sustainable Agriculture & Soil Health

  • Health and Sanitation

  • Women Empowerment

  • Skill Development

  • Infrastructure Enhancement

Through our grassroots initiatives, we are committed to nurturing growth—from rural roots to empowered lives, transforming villages into vibrant, thriving ecosystems.
